GEMAC are appointed as Consultant to Albilad Real Estate for the design and supervision of infrastructure works for the Water Garden City Project. The site work is in progress.

GEMAC were appointed by Ossis Property Developers as Consultants for the Master Planning of Electricity Distribution on the Amwaj Islands. This has been done in co- ordination with Electricity Distribution Directorate to whom the design drawings were submitted for approval at each stage.

GEMAC are presently appointed by Ossis Property Developers for the monitoring and approval of electrical connections to new properties. This is being done in conjunction with the Electricity Distribution Directorate and includes controlling the loadings from the individual 11 KV substations.

For this project GEMAC are appointed as Sub-Consultant to HCP Consultants for Services Infrastructure.

GEMAC were appointed as Sub-Consultants to Dheya Tawfiqi Engineering Bureau for the design of MEP and Infrastructure Services for this housing development at Al Areen. Infrastructure services included Electrical, Water, Sewerage, Stormwater, Telecommunications and Irrigation.

GEMAC were appointed by Ahmed Janahi Architects / Africon as the services infrastructure sub-consultants for Electricity Distribution, Telecommunication provisions and District Cooling for the entire Financial Harbour project. The design work on the project is complete. All electrical design is being carried out in accordance with EDD’s requirements.

This project was for the construction of around 800 housing units and associated infrastructure on a 27 hectares site in Muharraq for the Ministry of Housing. GEMAC were appointed as Sub-Consultants to Akbari Architects for the design of MEP Services and Services Infrastructure.

GEMAC were appointed as Electrical Services Infrastructure Sub-Consultants to Hyder Consultants for the Master Planning of the total Al Areen project with a total area of the order of 200 hectares. Later GEMAC were responsible for supervision of the entire electrical distribution network. At the present time GEMAC are Electrical Consultants to the Al Areen Development Co. for advising on Electrical Installations.

GEMAC were appointed directly by the Client for the design and supervision of all Services Infrastructure, including Electrical, Water, Sewerage, Stormwater, Telecommunications and Irrigation.

GEMAC were appointed as Services Infrastructure Consultant by the Client for the design of the above project, which comprised an area of approximately 50 hectares. Infrastructure included Electrical, Water, Sewerage, Stormwater, Telecommunications and Irrigation.

GEMAC were appointed for the development of approximately 100 hectares, GEMAC were appointed as Electrical Consultants to Hyder Consultants for the design and supervision of the entire Electrical Infrastructure works.

GEMAC were appointed as Consultants to Tameer for design and supervision of the Services Infrastructure at BIW Labour Accommodation Complex, Hidd. Services included Electrical, Water, Sewerage, Stormwater Telecommunications and Irrigation.

GEMAC were appointed as Sub-Consultants to Cowi Almoayed Gulf for MEP and Infrastructure Services. GEMAC were responsible for the Master Plan Concept Design for Infrastructure Services for an overall site area of the order of 60 hectares. After the initial planning, GEMAC’s role involved the detailed design and supervision for the implementation of Neighbourhood No. 1 with an area of about 18 hectares.

Design for this project is now complete. GEMAC have been responsible as sub- consultants to Cowi Almoayed Gulf for the co-ordination of the diversion of existing services and the placement of new services. This has involved close liasson with the Ministry of Electricity and Water and their appointed consultants.

This project involved the clearing of a corridor through Mina Sulman to allow construction of the southern approach road to the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Sulman causeway. GEMAC were Services Infrastructure Consultants for the diversion and relocation of existing services including electricity cables and substations.

GEMAC were appointed as Consultants to Electricity Distribution Directorate in Bahrain for preparing schemes for reinforcement of the 11KV network. This involves co-ordination with all other services utilities and preparation of Tender details for several construction packages.

During the period from 1980 to 1996 GEMAC were appointed as Consultants by the Electricity Distribution Directorate for several infrastructure projects including.

GEMAC were Consultants to the Water Distribution Directorate in Bahrain for the design and implementation of Water Distribution Projects from early 1977 to mid 1995. During that period GEMAC were responsible for projects with a total value more than BD 100 Million.
