The project includes MEP services and special services to the Physics, Chemistry and computer laboratories which include fume extract systems, laboratory gas distribution, Energy saving and recovery systems have been applied.

Appointed as sub-consultant for the Design & Supervision of the MEP services. Built up area is approximately 5000 sq.m. Project was completed in 2017.

Appointed directly by the client for the MEP Design Peer Review. The approximate built up area is 22,000 sq.m. Initial Report completed.

GEMAC were appointed by the Project Managers as consultants for electrical design and mechanical concept design. The complex includes administration, lecture halls, laboratories, library and accommodation.

Gemac were appointed for the expansion of the University at various stages.
